ensure a fair, transparent, and well-managed procurement process.
b) The Public-Private Participation in Infrastructure Law No.5 of 2009 is a law that establishes the Bureau of Public-Private Partnership to promote, facilitate, and regulate partnerships between the public and private sectors. The Bureau will provide the policy and regulatory framework for PPP and this would reduce the risk of policy reversal by future administrations.

The Authority is also seeking partnerships
and collaborative
engagement with
international institutions such as the World Bank, and International Finance Corporation; institutions such as the Urban Development Bank of Nigeria.
This effort will ensure due diligence, good coordination, planning of infrastructure and building capacity in the built environment in carrying out projects.
